Vocational Training Place
A training place in a trade with genuine local demand, plus mentoring afterwards.
$250
indicative, USDWhat this gift does
A full training place for a young adult who has left formal education — in a trade identified with local employers rather than guessed at.
Training alone is not enough, so the gift includes mentoring through the first months of working, which is when most new tradespeople give up.
What it provides
- A training place and materials
- A recognised skill
- Mentoring as they start out
